Welcome to The Thatches

The Thatches is a 16th century grade II listed building. Originally built in about 1580 as a Long House it has at different periods been several cottages before being reconfigured as one house in the 1990s. The Thatches is full of character with beams, low doorways and there are two large inglenook fireplaces each with a wood burning stove.

The accommodation is designed for a single person,  a couple, or for a family or group of friends and has its own access and parking area, enabling you to come and go as you please. There are two bedrooms; one with a king sized double bed and one with 2 single beds,  a private sitting room with TV and DVD and a spacious shower room.

Breakfast is freshly cooked to order using homemade and locally sourced produce.
